As a reminder, UL, CSA, and FM not only have standards but are also listing agencies which means that a product may have passed a FM standard but was tested under the guidance of a UL listing agency. So it will be UL's letter head but it will list the FM standard that a product has passed.

Remember there may be more than one certificate as a result of different dates of testing on the same product for different classifications of UL, CSA, or FM certifications so be sure to scroll through all pages of the certificate to ensure that the appropriate certificate may be found.
